The whole process of adopting Ace was really straightforward and without a hitch. He was in great health and clearly was comfortable with his surroundings. The process of shipping our Cavachon, Ace was also smooth. He kept us informed on our puppy. As Ace was our first puppy, we called him several times with many texts and he answered all calls plus replied to all texts in a timely manner plus with good suggestions.
